Overview: We have already mentioned that we are reading about Jesus’ life in chronological order. You will notice that we actually read Mark in the order of the chapters. Most Bible scholars agree that the book of Mark is in chronological order.
So, what do you already know about the gospel writers? Which ones were Jesus’ disciples? Do you know anything abut the other 2 writers?
We read this week about Jesus’ calling of the twelve disciples. Do you consider yourself to be a disciple? As Jesus’ ministry begins, we see the religious leaders questioning His identity. They are the very ones who should have known exactly who Jesus was.
